Fee Schedule

Maple Ridge Dance Circle Fee Schedule 2008/2009
Current Tuition Rates – New Rates in effect August 15, 2008
 

Pre-registered students (Registered prior to July 15, 2008): 5 % deposit due on August 15, 2008. The balance of total fees will be divided into ten equal payments September through June.
 
Summer Registrations (July 15 through August 15, 2008): 10% deposit due on August 15, 2007 The balance of total fees will be divided into ten equal payments September through June.
 
Late Registrations (After August 15, 2007): 15% deposit plus registration fee due at time of registration. The balance of total fees will be divided equally amongst the remaining months and charged beginning the first of the month following registration.
 
Mastercard/ Visa Payments:
Mastercard and Visa payments that are not full payments are subject to an additional 3% charge on each transaction.  Four payments will be made: a 5% or 10% deposit as described above on August 15, then three equal payments on September 1, December 1 and March 1.
 
Payment in full: Registration fee is waived

Additional classes per week:         
Second through fifth classes $400
Six or more classes (each)     $250
Tiny Tots Creative Movement:  
30 min. class, 6-week session -      $40, GST included
30 min. class, 4-week session -    $28, GST included
Private Lessons: Private lessons are arranged with the approval of the Director and must be paid in advance.
30 min. class - $30, GST included
60 min. class-   $60, GST included
Production Company (by audition only): Students accepted to the Production Company will be charged as follows:
Junior One/Two    $540 per year
*In addition to other classes regardless of the number being taken.
Solos-    $300
Duos & trios-  $300 to be divided amongst all participants

Competition fees, music fees and costume fees are not included in these amounts.

Registration Fees:

A non-refundable registration fee, per student-    $25
Families re-enrolling, per family - $25
Single re-enrolling student-   $20

Performance Fees:
A cheque post-dated for October 15, 2008 for must be included with registration to cover costume fees. Those taking more than four classes may divide the amount over two cheques dated for October 15 and November 1, 2008. See Performance Fee Schedule.

Notice must be given in writing one month prior to cancelling a class. Please note restrictions on registration form. There is a $25 charge on all returned cheques and dishonoured credit cards or pre-authorized payments
 
A responsible parent or guardian must sign the registration form and waiver. That person is responsible for tuition and all associated fees for the child named.
